I think its 912 files not 192 files, at least its 912 for me. I'm having the same problem, except I couldn't open up the game. It's happens to me twice. First right after I installed it I verified the 912 files and it played without trouble, but after I closed it down and later tried to open the game up again.I have tried to reinstall to SSD and HHD. Nothing works. Cant launch the game. I just click on the green play button, the button turns blue but then goes back to green in a few seconds. When I verify the files, it always says that 13 files are missing. All Steam games will have 1 or 2 files that will fail to validate. I think one has to do with DirectX. You might want to go to Microsoft and Update DirectX to make sure all your files are up to date.
