There are some Yelpers who gave this location low ratings because of their experiences with the pharmacy, but if you shop here because it's a neighborhood convenience store that's open 24 hours and don't come in here to buy medications from the pharmacy, it's a great store with a great staff! 52 reviews of Bartell Drugs "I absolutely love Magnolia Bartell's. I've been shopping there since I was a little kid, and everyone who works there knows my name, and they always greet me when they see me in the store. From time to time I've been a little short on change, and they say "don't worry about it", and just give the item to me for a small discount.

This location consistently loses any prescription that is called into them. I'm not sure if they aren't checking their voicemails or what. They also consistently take over 24 hours to refill a prescription, and don't notify me if something is out of stock.Well Bartells is better than Walgreens or Rite Aid so props for that. This location has interesting folks but that's what you expect in lake city. The pharmacy services are good. The photo printing station sucks and staff have no idea how to refill the photo printer or paper if it runs out. I prefer other Bartell drug store but this is the closest.
